Takaaki Yoshimoto

On one occasion, the trial seemed to be a farce that was rigged in victors’ favor, or that was similar to the sacrificial rites slaughtering the scapegoats.
...
On another occasion, it seemed to be rational procedures that permit clear vindications of the defendants. I was vividly impressed by the Western-oriented legal principles.
