Muammar al-Gaddafi

We are committed to defend the sovereignty of nations in a collective fashion, but that did not prevent the outbreak of 65 wars of aggression with the UN doing nothing to curb them, including eight major wars that claimed the lives of millions of people, perpetrated by a veto holding member of the Security Council. The states that we thought would repel aggression protect peoples turned out to the ones that used aggressive force while enjoying the veto.
