UN Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme Network

The United Nations Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme Network consists of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and a number of interrregional and regional institutes around the world, as well as specialized centres. The network has been developed to assist the international community in strengthening co-operation in the crucial area of crime prevention and criminal justice. Its components provide a variety of services, including exchange of information, research, training and public education.   2. 国連での決議やさまざまな条約によって設立された組織というものが、世界中に山ほどある。

    その他にも、政府、政党、政治団体、宗教団体などによって設立された善意の組織というものが、これも山ほどある。

    そして、活動資金が欲しい国連諸機関の事務局が、そういう組織を利用する。委員会、ネットワーク、講演会、展示会というようなさまざまな機会を通じて、金集め (Fund raising) に励む。

    世界平和のための本末転倒。貧しい人たちを助けるためのコラプション。先進国のための途上国援助。

    難民がいなくなれば要らなくなってしまう UNHCR。
    麻薬がなくなれば要らなくなってしまう UNODC。

    なんだか虚しい。
