Our goal should be that every American possesses the skills to discern news from infotainment, fact from opinion, and trustworthy information sources from untrustworthy.
The goal seems sweet but somehow may mislead? isn't infotainment a part of news? news are somethings new, somethings we don't know, news are just one sided opinions. to get fact from opinion: gather news from different sources, opposite sources to verify if they are indeed agreed as fact as same news.
some trustworthy information comes from under ground, people hide their name to tell the truth. (then again some fake info. also comes from that way.) Often, news from (big firm)reliable sources are restricted, it can't be trusted. some news release has its opposite purposes. or only as one sided story. if we read wall street journal every day and follow its information, will we all become millionaire by now today? believe is not enough, trust based on facts becomes trustworthy. when you trust someone/some cite not afraid to tell the truth, show your inner fears and all the weakness, this is about love. not all the sweet words can match up, Isn't it?
