The best fit components can be selected and placed at the best positions during the preoperative planning accurately. Postoperative evaluation also can be done quantitatively and accurately in 3D. Conventional 2D films and 3D template systems can never align 3-dimensionally in a standing position under weight. KneeCAS does it.
