it makes me thinking what is UN for and what it do? maybe UN should change its strategies by eliminate hundreds of the empty promised agenda discussions, but only focus on one agenda per year, resolutions with lists of actions, getting results with each action trails. at year end, all the results will be measured, based by its performance.
