It seems a tank is the best solution.
The mayor of Vilnius, capital of Lithuania, photographed the car before returning grinning atop an armored personnel carrier, which he used to drive over the Mercedes, crushing it. After the car had been destroyed, its "owner," clad in a white shirt and gold chain, emerged from a shop across the street with a look of utter shock on his face. The Mayor then proceeded to shake his hand, chastised him for poor parking, and swept up broken glass as the demolished car was towed away.
